Advocacy Change Thrive is a community-rooted, woman- and minority-owned social enterprise serving Snohomish County and surrounding areas. We support individuals facing housing instability, employment barriers, disabilities, recovery challenges, and other life transitions through trauma-informed Supportive Housing and Supported Employment services. Our advocates meet people where they are—both literally and figuratively—offering guidance, navigation, and encouragement rooted in dignity, choice, and strengths. With a deep commitment to rural and underserved communities, Advocacy Change Thrive partners with individuals to help them build stability, independence, and a sense of belonging, one step at a time. Our services include housing navigation, employment support, benefit coordination, and connection to community resources that help individuals move toward long-term stability.
